* At 730 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Wooster,
moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.
* Locations impacted include...
Canton, Wooster, Massillon, Orrville, Brewster, Navarre, Dalton,
Shreve, Holmesville, Wilmot, Mount Eaton, Winesburg, Smithville,
Apple Creek, Beach City, Bolivar, Fredericksburg, Mount Hope, Perry
Heights, and North Lawrence.

Large hail, damaging wind, and continuous cloud to ground lightning
are occurring with this storm. Move indoors immediately. Lightning is
one of nature's leading killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder,

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of north central Ohio, including the following
county, Erie.
* WHEN...Until 1045 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

- At 743 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated between 1.5 and 3.5
inches of rain has fallen overnight. Minor flooding is
ongoing in the advisory area with some high water impacting
roadways.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.

over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
