Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen so far with an additional 1 to 3 inches possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... New Philadelphia, Dover, Salem, East Liverpool, Columbiana, East Palestine, Carrollton, Calcutta, Lisbon, Strasburg, Leetonia, New Waterford, Augusta, Salineville, Malvern, Bolivar, Mineral City, Hanoverton, Dellroy and Sherrodsville.
