- At 1050 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible.

Columbus, Newark, Lancaster, Westerville, Reynoldsburg, Gahanna,
Pickerington, Circleville, Bexley, Heath, Logan, Granville,

* At 1121 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain
has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible
in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas. This area received between 2
to 4 inches from thunderstorms overnight and is
particularly vulnerable to additional heavy rainfall.
* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Athens, Belpre, Nelsonville, Albany, Coolville, Lake Hope State
Park, Washington, Chauncey, Buchtel, Jacksonville, Trimble, Stroud
Run State Park, The Plains and Little Hocking.
