Kentucky, including the following counties, in east central
Kentucky, Elliott, Fleming and Rowan. In northeast Kentucky,
Johnson and Martin. In southeast Kentucky, Floyd, Magoffin, Morgan
and Pike.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks,
streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- A series of systems are expected to traverse the area, each
bringing the potential for heavy downpours and training
storms which may result in flooding.

At 1157 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near South Shore to near Flemingsburg to 7
miles west of Cynthiana. Movement was southeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Mount Sterling, Morehead, Flemingsburg, Owingsville, Marshall,
Sharpsburg, Salt Lick, Fairview, Ramey, Pecks Ridge, Wyoming,
Elliottville, Peasticks, Olympia Springs, Triplett, Flat Creek,
Christy, Odessa, Hilda, and Bourbon Furnace.
THIS INCLUDES Interstate 64 in eastern Kentucky between mile markers
105 and 148.
