* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Youghiogheny River near Confluence.
* WHEN...From this morning to this evening.
* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, The right bank of the river overflows
downstream of confluence and about 1/4 mile upstream from the
gaging station.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:45 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 12.3 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 11.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet
this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late this
afternoon.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
