* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

from 1.0 to 1.5 inches across the watch area. However, there is
the potential for isolated locations to receive an additional 2

Zanesville, South Zanesville, Philo, Fultonham, Cannelville,
Duncan Falls, East Fultonham, Ruraldale, Chandlersville and Blue
