* WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following
counties, Allen IN, Cass IN, Fulton IN, Huntington, Miami, Wabash
and Wells.
* WHEN...Until 915 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 702 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of
rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Fort Wayne, Huntington, Peru, Wabash, Bluffton, Rochester,
North Manchester, Ossian, Akron, Andrews, Markle, Mexico,
Aboite, Roanoke, Lancaster, Zanesville, Erie, Denver, Roann
