Southern Winnebago County in north central Illinois... * WHEN...Until 130 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Roads and streets may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 931 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated a line of intense thunderstorms with rainfall rates of 2 to 3 inches per hour moving through the area. Localized flooding of roadways and poor drainage areas will occur shortly after the onset of rainfall. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
