At 14.0 feet, Several inches of water floods basements of about 30 homes along left bank. River is bankful along the left bank just downstream from the Crawford Street Bridge. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 11.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon.
