* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 2 AM EDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...At this level, flooding begins on the most
vulnerable roads along tidal waterways. Some partial or full
road closures are possible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Elevated tides due to the approach of the
New Moon on August 12th may lead to minor coastal flooding
during the evening high tides through the Thursday.
